This was our third stay at Ted’s Place with our four adult children. The estate is the perfect Islamorada get away. From the unbeatable sunset view to the infinity pool, you will think you’ve died and gone to Heaven. The guest rooms are all huge with comfortable beds, two with balconies that overlook the water and one that walks out to the pool. Mark and Theresa are the best hosts and they make sure that every last minute of your stay here is enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect- close enough to run out to the Everglades to catch snapper, or to the Channel 5 bridge for bigger fish. The famous Islamorada sandbar is just an 8 minute boat ride away. We walked to Lorelei to dine and dance to live music at sunset. Love it so much we booked 2 trips next year!

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. We loved all the toys pool table, shuffle board, ping pong and kayaks. We have stayed at many homes and I will say the beds are usually awful these were very comfortable. The owners of the house couldn't be more helpful.
First I have to say Mark and Theresa are amazing host. The house itself is amazing! Perfect location and everything you need for amazing vacation! We are definitely coming back.

Heavenly Stay!!! Can’t wait to come back!! This gulf front estate home is incredible! Mark and Theresa take care of everything you need so that the guests can just focus on relaxing and having a great time! The home is actually nicer than it appears in pictures! Has one waterfront master suite downstairs with a steam shower and another sprawling second level master with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool, gulf waters and incredible sunset views. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops in downtown Islamorada and just a 5 minute boat ride to the world famous Islamorada sandbar. World class fishing within minutes as well. We loved our stay so much that we’re booking for next year! Thanks so much for sharing your paradise with us, Mark and Theresa! BEST OF EVERYTHING The Sunsets in Islamorada are amazing and so is this house! The pool area draws you in from 7am to 7pm. The house evokes the charm of St. Tropez in the summertime. The owners are as charming as the house and available to answer any question, day or night. The mature trees on the grounds, interior decor, and color palates take you to Greece or Bali and yet you haven’t left the United States. Truly the best of all worlds!
