Ted's Place is easily accessed by turning right off southbound lane of the main Overseas Highway at Mile Marker 82 on to List Street. After 100 yards turn left on to Madeira Road. Ted's Place is 100 feet along on the right. Pull up to the Electric Gate and enter the Gate Code at the keypad.
